These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of this website and any services, programs, products, assessments, coaching, consulting, workshops, leadership development engagements, digital resources, or related offerings provided by Cambium Development Group (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”).

By accessing this website or engaging in services with Cambium Development Group, you agree to these Terms.

Services

Cambium Development Group provides services that may include:

executive coaching
leadership development
workforce systems consulting
operational performance advisory
workshops and facilitation
cohort-based programs
leadership assessments
digital resources and materials
speaking engagements
consulting engagements

Specific project scope, deliverables, timelines, responsibilities, and fees may also be outlined in separate proposals, agreements, or statements of work.

Client Responsibilities

Successful engagements require active participation, communication, and collaboration.

Clients agree to:

provide timely access to necessary information and stakeholders
participate in scheduled meetings and program activities
complete agreed-upon responsibilities and action items
communicate scheduling changes promptly
provide accurate billing and contact information

Cambium Development Group is not responsible for delays or limitations caused by incomplete information, lack of participation, or failure to meet client responsibilities outlined in proposals or agreements.

Payments & Payment Plans

Payment terms will be outlined in proposals, invoices, checkout pages, or service agreements.

Payment plans may be offered at Cambium Development Group’s discretion. Clients remain responsible for completing all agreed-upon payments according to the payment schedule, regardless of participation level or engagement completion.

Failure to make payments may result in suspension or termination of services.

Refund Policy

All sales are final.

Cambium Development Group does not provide refunds for coaching engagements, consulting services, workshops, cohort programs, assessments, digital products, speaking engagements, or other services unless otherwise stated in writing.

Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

Clients are responsible for honoring scheduled sessions, meetings, workshops, and program commitments.

Cancellation and rescheduling fees may apply based on the timing of the cancellation or requested change.

Specific cancellation and rescheduling policies may be outlined in service agreements, proposals, scheduling systems, or program materials.

Cambium Development Group reserves the right to reschedule services due to illness, emergencies, or circumstances outside of reasonable control.

Intellectual Property

All content, materials, frameworks, methodologies, presentations, assessments, training content, program materials, graphics, written materials, and proprietary systems developed or provided by Cambium Development Group remain the intellectual property of Cambium Development Group unless otherwise agreed in writing.

This includes, but is not limited to:

Workforce Stability Operating System(TM)
Cambium Growth Framework(TM)
leadership development materials
coaching methodologies
workshop content
proprietary tools and resources

Materials may not be copied, distributed, reproduced, modified, sold, shared, or used for commercial purposes without prior written permission.

Coaching & Consulting Disclaimer

Coaching, consulting, leadership development, and advisory services are designed to support professional growth, leadership development, organizational effectiveness, and operational improvement.

However, Cambium Development Group does not guarantee specific business, financial, operational, leadership, or personal outcomes.

Results depend on many factors, including client participation, organizational conditions, implementation efforts, leadership engagement, and external business factors outside our control.

Clients remain responsible for their own decisions, actions, implementation, and outcomes.

Cambium Development Group does not provide legal, financial, medical, mental health, or licensed therapy services.

Participant Conduct

Cambium Development Group is committed to creating professional, respectful, and psychologically safe learning and coaching environments.

Participants in coaching, workshops, cohort programs, and group engagements agree to:

engage respectfully and professionally
maintain confidentiality where appropriate
avoid disruptive, discriminatory, abusive, or inappropriate behavior
contribute constructively to group discussions and activities

Cambium Development Group reserves the right to remove participants or terminate services for behavior that is disruptive, inappropriate, unethical, or harmful to the learning environment or other participants.

No refunds will be issued for removals related to conduct violations.

Confidentiality

Cambium Development Group respects the confidentiality of coaching, consulting, and leadership development engagements.

Information shared during individual client engagements will be treated confidentially unless:

disclosure is required by law
disclosure is necessary to prevent harm
written authorization is provided

For cohort or group-based programs, participants are expected to maintain confidentiality regarding sensitive discussions shared by other participants. While confidentiality expectations are established, Cambium Development Group cannot guarantee the actions of individual participants.

Testimonials & Results

Cambium Development Group may request permission to use client testimonials, feedback, or anonymized engagement results for marketing, educational, or promotional purposes.

Confidential or identifying information will not be shared without permission unless otherwise agreed.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Cambium Development Group and its owners, employees, contractors, affiliates, and representatives shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or business-related damages arising from:

use of this website
participation in services or programs
coaching or consulting engagements
reliance on materials or recommendations
business or operational decisions made by clients

Total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific services giving rise to the claim.

Termination of Services

Cambium Development Group reserves the right to suspend or terminate services for:

nonpayment
breach of these Terms
inappropriate conduct
misuse of intellectual property
unlawful activity
behavior that interferes with service delivery or participant experience

Clients may also terminate engagements according to the terms outlined in individual agreements or proposals.

Outstanding balances remain due upon termination.

Force Majeure

Cambium Development Group shall not be liable for delays or inability to perform services due to events outside reasonable control, including but not limited to:

natural disasters
illness
technology failures
internet outages
government actions
labor disputes
emergencies
acts of God

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of the State of Ohio, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter through good-faith informal discussions.

If resolution cannot be reached, disputes shall be submitted to mediation or binding arbitration in the State of Ohio before either party pursues litigation, except where prohibited by law.
