Cambium Development Group is committed to delivering high-quality coaching, consulting, leadership development, and workforce advisory services. Due to the customized nature of our work, all sales are final and refunds are not provided unless otherwise stated in writing.
By purchasing services, programs, workshops, assessments, coaching packages, or related offerings, you agree to the following policies.
Coaching engagements are prepaid in advance unless otherwise outlined in a written agreement or payment plan.
Clients may reschedule coaching sessions with at least 24 hours’ notice.
Sessions canceled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours’ notice may result in forfeiture of the session.
For example, if a client purchases a 12-session coaching package and cancels a session with insufficient notice, that session may be deducted from the remaining package balance.
No-shows may also result in forfeiture of the session.
Coaching packages may be paused by the client; however, all coaching packages expire 12 months after the original scheduled end date of the engagement unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Unused sessions remaining after the expiration period are forfeited and are not eligible for refund, transfer, or credit.
Coaching engagements and coaching packages are purchased for the specific individual identified at the start of the engagement and are not transferable to another participant, employee, or individual without written approval from Cambium Development Group.
If a coaching participant leaves the organization, changes roles, or is otherwise unable to continue participation, any remaining sessions are forfeited unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Cambium Development Group reserves the right to evaluate transfer requests on a case-by-case basis; however, approval is not guaranteed.
This policy exists because coaching engagements are customized to the individual participant’s goals, assessments, leadership context, development needs, and coaching relationship.
Payment plans are offered as a convenience and do not alter the client’s financial commitment to the engagement.
Clients remain responsible for completing all scheduled payments regardless of:
participation level
scheduling pauses
coaching utilization
program completion status
If coaching is paused, the payment plan will continue according to the original payment schedule unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Failure to complete payments may result in suspension or termination of services.
Due to preparation time, scheduling commitments, and reserved calendar capacity, workshops and facilitated engagements require advance notice for cancellation or rescheduling.
Rescheduling or canceling a workshop with fewer than 10 business days’ notice will result in a fee equal to 50% of the workshop investment, plus any nonrefundable travel expenses already incurred.
Nonrefundable travel expenses may include:
airfare
hotel reservations
transportation costs
venue-related expenses
other prepaid travel costs
Cambium Development Group reserves the right to invoice these expenses separately if necessary.
All purchases of:
assessments
digital resources
downloadable materials
templates
guides
recorded content
are nonrefundable.
Refund or policy exceptions, if any, must be approved in writing by Cambium Development Group.
