Remember when you were a kid, and the adults would ask you what you wanted to be when you grew up? 

You could dream big and say with confidence:

• I’m going to be an astronaut, or
• I’m going to be the President of the United States, or
• I’m going to be a Nobel Prize-winning scientist, or 
• I’m going to be _____________ [insert aspirational goal here]. 

Kids have an amazing capacity to DREAM and BELIEVE they can achieve their dreams.

As we grow up and experience life, we tend to put boundaries on our dreams.

We say it’s because we’re being realistic.

Could it be because we’re afraid to try?

Repeat after me….

• If I can DREAM it, and
• If I can BELIEVE it, then
• I CAN ACHIEVE IT!

Now, go back and say that again….and again.

So, what do you want your career and life to look like a year from today? 

Five years from today? 

Ten years from today?
